Each session will be for 1 hour and they will be ‘all keep together rides’ (means no one can get dropped)
There will be some sprints included so you can stretch their legs a little if you wish.
It’s also open to all abilities so even if you feel you can’t hold one hour don’t worry, you can easy drop off.

Below are details of our regular training sessions schedule (when not in lockdown) which riders must book and pay for in advance via our online booking system. Sessions are held at the track at Gosling Sports Park, Welwyn Garden City unless otherwise stated. Please check this page regularly for updates.
|Tuesdays||Open Cyclo-Cross Training 7pm-9pm|
Open CX training session for experienced riders only.
Ages: Youth-Seniors. Minimum age 14 years.
|Wednesdays||Road Bikes on The Track (RBOT) 7pm-9pm.|
Open session for competent riders who race or will be racing on a regular basis.
Open Cyclo-Cross Training U10/U12. 7pm-8:30pm.
Open session for younger riders who race or will be racing on a regular basis.
|Saturdays||Go-Ride Freewheel Session 9am – 10:30am.|
Novice session for young youth riders aged 6-12 years old.
Off Road Freewheel Session 9am-10:30am.
Novice Improvers session for youth riders aged 10-16 years old.
Road Bikes on the Track (RBOT) 9am-11am.
An open session for Seniors, Juniors and Youth riders aged 14 and above who wish to improve their group riding skills.
Navigated Off-Road Ride (Welwyn Club Members) 9am-11:30am (approx).
Seniors, Juniors, U16 and competent U14s by Coach recommendation or invitation. (All riders must be self-sufficient).
Please note that all Track sessions are subject to weather conditions and availability of Track coach cover. All of our coaches are volunteers.
