Team Economic Energy Circuits - 30 August PDF Print E-mail

Undaunted by its fearsome reputation the Welwyn youth riders returned to Hog Hill for the TEE circuit races on 30th August.  George Bateman took a well deserved 3rd in the u14 race with Joe Fry taking 2nd and Archie Wishart an unconfirmed 4th or 5th in the u12.  Once again the wind was a factor as was the hill in the u14 race.  The u12 race used the upper "indy circuit" rather than the full 2.2km course, a decision which has provoked lively debate but which Adrian among others thinks is more suitable for racing at this age group.
